These SMS Terms describe the text messaging (“SMS”) program operated by Pahrump Spine & Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 2780 South Homestead Rd., Pahrump, NV 89048, United States. These terms apply only to our text messaging program. They are separate from, and do not replace, our general Terms and Conditions. Agreeing to our general Terms and Conditions does not enroll you in text messaging — enrollment happens only through one of the opt-in methods described below.
About the Program
Our text messaging program is operated on the Doctible messaging platform, integrated with our ChiroTouch practice management system, and is used to send you messages related to your care at Pahrump Spine & Wellness at the mobile number you provide to us.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders and appointment confirmations
- Recall and recare reminders (for example, reminders that you are due for a follow-up visit)
- Other care-related communications from our office
We do not use this program to send marketing messages from other businesses, and we do not sell or share your opt-in to anyone else’s messaging program.

Consent Is Voluntary
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, or of receiving care or treatment from us. You can receive care at Pahrump Spine & Wellness whether or not you opt in to text messages, and you may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.
How Consent Is Obtained
We enroll a mobile number in this program only after receiving your affirmative, opt-in consent. Consent is never bundled with any other agreement, and it is never given on your behalf.
Website Contact Form
On our website contact forms (for example, on our Contact Us and Got a Question forms), directly below the message field, there is an unchecked checkbox with its own consent statement, separate from any other form agreement. You must actively check this box yourself; it is never checked for you, and leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from submitting the form or from receiving care. The checkbox text reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from Pahrump Spine & Wellness at the mobile number provided, including appointment reminders and care-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”
Links to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy appear immediately next to that checkbox. By checking the SMS consent box, you are giving your direct consent to receive text messages from Pahrump Spine & Wellness at the mobile number you entered.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us, and we will send one final confirmation message and stop sending you texts. You may also opt out by calling us at (775) 727-7959 or emailing [email protected] and asking to be removed from text messaging. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive care from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Our text messaging program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and coverage or delivery is not guaranteed on every network or device.

Information about how we collect, use, and protect your mobile number and other information, including our commitment not to share your mobile information or opt-in data for marketing purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Program
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you remain opted in, the current version of these terms will apply to messages you receive.
